Crispy salty sticks
Don't know anyone, and I after a long holidays already I want something simple, not sweet and not cloying. For example, to eat such salty sticks with caraway seeds or sesame seeds.

Ingredients

  • Water

    0.5 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    0.3 cup

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Cumin

Cooking

In a saucepan pour the water, vegetable oil, salt and allow to boil. Boiling pour in the flour and spoon knead a soft dough. If necessary, you can add a little more flour.

Allow dough to cool down and roll out into a layer approximately 1 cm thick. Sprinkle it with coarse salt, cumin or sesame seeds and roll a bit more to dent our sprinkles in the dough.

Cut into strips, spread on a baking sheet and bake at 180-190 deg. about 20 minutes, until a very strong blush. The pan no grease.
