Cooking
Mix 9 tablespoons of flour with 3 tablespoons of sugar. Add 100g of softened butter and 1 egg yolk. Mix all the ingredients and mold the ball.
Demountable form lay a parchment paper, grease with butter and spread the dough on the form.
Melt butter 50 grams, add 2 tbsp flour and stir on heat for about 2 minutes.
Add 250 ml of milk (all done on low heat).
Cook to a smooth sauce, then add 4-5 tablespoons of sugar, stir and remove from heat.
Beat 2 eggs and a slow trickle to enter into the cream, add the vanilla sugar and the cream is ready.
Apples to spread on the dough.
Pour the cream in the oven 180 deg. on 40 minutes.
Remove from the mold and trim the paper.
