Burgers
One of the favorite options diet Turkey meatballs - juicy, tender, without eggs and bread, with greens and zucchini, with a delicious sauce - like everyone who tried it! Delicious in hot or cold, great snack, and a Burger with those delicious cakes!

Ingredients

  • Turkey

    400 g

  • Zucchini

  • Potato starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    4 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Parsley

  • Semolina

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Yogurt

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Adjika

  • Powdered sugar

  • Garlic powder

    0.5 tsp

  • Green onions

Cooking

Fillet hip turkeys to scroll in a meat grinder. Zucchini wash, wipe, and together with the peel to RUB on a small grater and a good squeeze of juice.

3 tbsp water, 2 tbsp of soy sauce and starch mix well.

In the meat pour in the starch composition, add black pepper to taste, semolina and herbs.

With wet hands to beat the meat at least 20 times on the bottom of the tank - that's why I always take a deep bowl - the meat is sealed. Remove for 15 minutes and give the meat to rest.

On a heated pan pour oil and fry the patties on each side for 5-6 minutes. When cutlets are ready, make a strong fire, pour on bottom of pan 1 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp of water, cover and turn off heat, do not open the lid for about 10 minutes - the chicken should rest.

For the sauce mix all ingredients, except green onions, and adjust to taste.

Lay out the cutlets on a dish, serve with sauce and sprinkle with green onions.
