Pictures of cake in our city recently "walked" on social networks. And every self-respecting my friend, friend, employee felt obliged to census photo to me, knowing that I'm crazy about cakes. Probably with a subtle hint. But the strawberry season had already ended!!! But these days, the market is completely random conversation with a grandma who grows strawberries so far! And here I am, happy owner of a half-liter jars of strawberry, I offer You my vision of the cake. Unknown author thank you so much for a great idea!!!

Let's thaw the strawberries.
Dark prepare the sponge cake: whisk eggs with sugar on high speed for 5-7 minutes, add the sifted flour and cocoa, gently stir movements from the bottom up.
Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. Shape diameter 26 cm
While the cake cools dark, proceed to white: eggs, beat with sugar, add sour cream, baking soda, softened butter (margarine) and flour. Stir until smooth.
Cake form (26*35 cm) greased with oil, pour the dough.
Bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Take out from the oven and allow to cool.
Prepare the cream for baskets (cream 3) : in cold water to soak gelatin
Mix the yogurt, sugar, grated cottage cheese through a sieve. Gelatin dissolve in a water bath (or, if more convenient, in the microwave), add the cream and whisk for a few minutes.
Dark cake cut out circles the size of the shape (will need 4 circle). As I use an ordinary flower pot, specially purchased for culinary purposes. Height 11 cm, bottom diameter is 9.5 cm, top is 11.5.

Combine the cream with the pulp of biscuit.
On the bottom of light biscuit aclidinium half thawed strawberries and 1 sliced banana.
Spread half of the cream 1.
Repeat: second half of the strawberries and the second banana. I second banana "disappeared" in an amazing way, so in this layer, 1/2 mango.
Lay out the second part of the cream and close cut top.

In the same way decorate the white cake. You can do whipped cream or any cream. You can just align the cake with a cream - it was on the original photo. Put the cake together. Gently move the basket to the base, you can secure with toothpicks. Do the facade of the basket - first apply the cream. Also, using toothpicks, attach a fresh strawberry, as if she woke up. At the end apply the cream on the bottom of the basket.
