Nut brownies
Cakes turn out very nutty, very gentle and very airy.

Ingredients

  • Mascarpone

    250 g

  • Cream

    250 g

  • Sugar

    300 g

  • Pistachios

    30 g

  • Nuts

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

Nuts (I mixed) to dry a little on a dry pan. Grind very finely. Form for baking grease with vegetable oil. To turn on the oven to heat to 180°C.

Then gradually add the beaten egg whites. Stirring well with a spatula from the bottom up. Should have a very airy dough.

Turn batter into baking forms and send them in the oven for 30 min. Check the match readiness. Cool.

For the cream whip the cream until peaks. Add the sugar and again stir. Mascarpone and pistachios gently stir in the cream.
