Chocolate cheesecake
Very tasty and very simple to prepare. Chocolate shortcrust pastry as the base and cheesecake filling.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Sugar

    380 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Vanilla

  • Cocoa powder

    4 tsp

  • Cognac

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Cheese

    600 g

  • Vegetable oil

    6 Tbsp

  • Starch

    50 g

From all components for the dough knead dough. I just put everything in a food processor and mix. Put it in a plastic bag and remove in the fridge for an hour.

After an hour, grease the form of butter, dough, that was with the bumpers (I have a regular cast iron skillet).

Make filling. First, take the eggs, separate the whites from the yolks. Mix curd, sugar, starch. Stirring, add a spoon of vegetable oil and egg yolks, one at a time. Is obtained a homogeneous mixture.

Put proteins in the cottage cheese mass, gently stir. Pour filling over base and put in preheated oven (180 gr.)

Bake about 1 hour. Filling to the touch should be soft, but not liquid. Let cool in the oven. Turns out that's a pie. Bon appetit!
