Very tasty buns. Easy and quick to prepare. Don't remember how this recipe came to me, but I do them often and they disappear very quickly from the plate :). The idea for the recipe came from one of my favorite sea food restaurant, where the scones are served with various dishes. I hope you like it :)))

Cooking
Mix the flour, salt, baking powder, garlic powder, sugar. In the dry mixture into the grater to grate the cold butter and grind until the consistency of large crumbs (you can do it with a special device, knives, fork, hands).
Stir in the mass of flour and butter, grated cheese and milk. It is important not to mix and that would be just evenly. The dough will be sticky and uneven (and that's fine :)))
On a greased or covered cookie sheet, large spoon to spread the dough. Bake at 220 C for 10-15 minutes.
Melt 2 tbsp butter with a crushed clove of garlic.
The buns lubricate the garlic butter and serve :)
