Cooking
Pumpkin cleaned, cut into large chunks. For the two types of dough will need about 400-450 g of purified pumpkin. I used frozen pumpkin, not its pre-thawed. Bake the pumpkin in the microwave until soft, 10-15 minutes. Or you can boil in a little water until soft, then put pieces of pumpkin in a sieve to drain liquid.
The pumpkin layer in a bowl and using a blender Porirua in a smooth, uniform mass. Cool.
Pumpkin puree (250 g) evenly spread in 2 different bowls. Undertake the preparation of the orange dough. In the bowl with the pumpkin puree add the egg, sugar, salt, vanilla sugar, vegetable oil, lemon zest. Mix hand whisk until smooth.
In the sifted flour add baking powder, stir.
Pour flour mixture in first bowl, stir with a mixer only to compound ingredients.
Prepare the chocolate dough. In the second bowl of pumpkin puree, add sugar, egg, salt, vegetable oil, vanilla sugar, stir until smooth.
In a bowl sift flour and cocoa, add the baking powder. Mix well.
Pour the mixture of flour and cocoa into the second bowl, stir briefly.
A baking dish (24*10) greased with oil or covered with baking paper. Chocolate and orange dough spread alternately staggered 1 tbsp (heaped). The height I got 2 of these layers. Taking along a cake pan long skewer, make a few movements from the bottom up, as if mixing the dough. Repeat 2-3 times.
Put the form with the dough in the preheated to 170 degree oven for 40-60 minutes. The finished cupcake will check on a dry skewer.
Cupcake exempted from the form, cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
