Pancakes without flour
Delicious, quick and very healthy Breakfast! The dough is made without a gram of sugar, and oil in it - at least! Breakfast with benefits!

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    100 g

  • Banana

    2 piece

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

Cooking

Oatmeal to grind into flour in a coffee grinder.

Bananas blend in a blender.

Egg beat well.

Add in egg, oatmeal, banana puree, oil and milk. Beat until a homogeneous mass.

Warm a pan. Bake pancakes on a dry pan under the lid for about 1 minute on each side.

Ready! You can serve with any dessert sauce. I slightly poured with honey and sprinkled with non-melting powdered sugar. And you can eat just like that. Enjoy your Breakfast!
