Apple kvass
Recently tried a new recipe for Apple kvas. Me and the baby liked it. On the website saw a recipe from the juice and I think coffee. This recipe is a little bit different.

Ingredients

  • Apple

    3 piece

  • Water

    1 l

  • Yeast

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    0.75 cup

  • Lemon juice

    0.125 tsp

Cooking

Wash apples, peel, remove core, cut into slices, and place in pan.

Pour the apples with hot water, bring to a boil, and cook for 5 minutes, then remove from heat and cool under the hood.

In a small amount of warm Apple cider broth dissolve the yeast and leave for 20 minutes.

Then, the diluted yeast, along with sugar and lemon juice, add to the pan with Apple cider broth. Close the pan with a lid and leave kvass to ferment for 12-15 hours (at room temperature), then drain and cool.
