Cooking
Boil the rice until half-cooked, the middle should be white and firm. Drain off water and immediately rinse in cold water. Do not overcook, otherwise you'll get the meatballs porridge, and we don't need :-) Mix the rice and meat in equal parts.
Finely chop the onion, press the garlic, add salt, pepper, half the herbs and a spoonful or two of sour cream. If there is no sour cream, mayonnaise.
All mix well, allow to stand for 20 minutes, then formed tight balls and dip them in flour.
The oven will heat to 200 degrees. Put our plump meatballs and bake half an hour in the oven at 180-200 degrees.
Half an hour later the remnants of cream mixed with water, salt, add the rest of the pot, and cook for another 10 minutes.
The meatballs are juicy, keep a good shape. If you want a baked top, keep in the oven for 5-10 minutes longer.
