Ingredients

  • Pork

    500 g

  • Butter

    40 g

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Broth

    125 ml

  • Sweet white wine

    70 ml

  • Ham

    100 g

  • Dutch cheese

    150 g

  • Salt

  • Pasta

    250 g

  • Marjoram

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

On a hot pan to heat the butter + 1 tbsp oil, add in the hot oil, the slices of pork (I had goulash but pork fillet - and how welcome!), season with salt and pepper, add the marjoram flakes, fry until evaporation of the liquid, stirring occasionally.

Add the broth (I prefer vegetable) and cream, simmer for 5-7 minutes.

And a little white wine (to soften the meat and flavor), simmer for another 5 min.

Pre-boil the pasta. Put the pasta in the baking dish mixed with 70 g of cheese

On top lay the pieces of cooked pork with the sauce and cover "ribbons" sliced cooked ham/ham.

Sprinkle the remaining grated cheese. Bake at 200* C approx 20 min, until it will turn brown the cheese.
