Sweet banana toast
I ordered from China another interesting shape for baking. The first recipe cakes, which I baked in it, found on a Chinese website for this form. The result pleased, baked a sweet bread several times, experimenting with the amount of muffins. Offer the most suitable option.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    320 g

  • Banana

    110 g

  • Milk

    80 ml

  • Cream

    80 ml

  • Brown sugar

    50 g

  • Salt

    3 g

  • Yeast

    4 g

  • Butter

    40 g

  • Raisins

    60 g

  • Cognac

    60 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    1 tsp

My raisins, dry with paper towels and soaked in brandy for about an hour.

I knead the bread using the bread machine, but you can knead the bread in the usual way. In the bucket of a bread machine pour warm milk and cream, add yeast and leave for 5-7 minutes.

Add sifted flour, brown sugar, soft butter, banana, crushed with a blender, salt. Place the bucket in the bread machine, knead the dough.

Take out the raisins from brandy, dry with paper towels. After kneading the dough spread on the table, sprinkle with raisins.

Take out the dough on the table. Using flour for podpira, roll the dough into a rectangle whose width is equal to the length of a large baking dish.
