Sweet carrot pies
The pastry is a godsend for me. Crispy on the outside, soft and juicy on the inside, with sweet tanuja filling - they are perfectly satisfy hunger and are ideal for tea in the post and just for a snack.

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    3 piece

  • Lemon peel

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Semolina

    2 Tbsp

  • Raisins

    100 g

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

Cooking

Carrots wash, peel, grate.

To shift in a saucepan, add 50 g sugar TM Mistral.

Lemon zest, 100 ml. of water bring to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Then, while stirring, add the semolina TM Mistral.

Cook until thick. Remove from heat, allow to cool.

Raisins wash.

Skip through Mincer or blender, combine the remaining sugar, mix well.

From the resulting mass of carrot formed into pellet in the center of each put the filling.

To form a Patty, roll in flour.

Fry in vegetable oil on all sides.
