Canadian pecan pie
This cake recipe I found in the book "World Kitchen". The recipe with my personal changes and additions. The cake turned out delicious. Particularly well reveals the taste of the filling, when the tooth gets berry cranberries. From the taste brightens up, becomes a bright, captivating. And I want another piece.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Butter

    170 g

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Vanilla sugar

    10 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Sauce

    150 g

  • Walnuts

    100 g

In the sifted flour to make some oil, salt and knead the loose buttery crumb.

Gradually add 5 CL. L. of ice water and knead homogeneous dough. Place in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes. Roll the dough very thin, pave the bottom of the form (26 cm diameter) and single layer of dough leave to cover top of the pie.

This upper layer, prick with a fork. Before putting to bake, brush the top with the shaken up yolk.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Eggs shaken slightly and mix with sugar, vanilla sugar, butter, cranberry sauce, and chopped walnuts.

This filling is spread on the bottom of the pie.

Cover the top layer of dough and place in the oven.

After 10 minutes reduce the temperature to 180 gr. and continue roasting for about 30 minutes.
