Cooking
Potatoes a good wash under running water with a washcloth. Dry with a paper towel. Cut into four parts.
Transfer to a baking dish. Well drizzle with olive oil. stir with your hands so that each piece was completely oiled. Salt large sea salt. Sprinkle with rosemary and pepper. Bake in the oven at 180* for 30 minutes in convection mode
When the potatoes appear Golden brown, remove from oven, sprinkle with garlic and Imbrium, cut into circles, chopped dill, sprinkle a layer of sliced dry-cured meat.
Send in the oven for another 10 minutes.
