To begin to dissolve the gelatin. To do this, fill the dry powder with boiled water and carefully mix up. I wanted to make it better and added a couple spoons of strawberry syrup (left from the open jars of jam). It turned out, the procedure is in vain - the colors are not added! ;-)
Now you need to RUB the cottage cheese with sour cream and sugar. Of course, if You do not accept the lumps of cheese in the finished dessert, you can achieve uniformity. I didn't want to dwell on it. :-[ Now you need for the milk a lot to put gelatin and mix well.
It remains to fill the molds the resulting mass and put in the fridge. When the jelly hardens a bit, we seat him in the berries. And again - in the fridge! Jelly will look more impressive if the molds will be filled. But my weight was not enough, and the portions I wanted to do more. An optical illusion, so to speak! :-D
And when the jelly is completely hardens, the molds should be lowered for a few seconds in hot water and put jelly on the saucer. Jelly turns out tender, soft, cottage cheese... And strawberry - flavored, tasty and does not slip out of jelly and plump sitting there!
