"Sweet taste of summer"... Want to surprise guests, to please family or to enjoy the wonderful taste? This dessert will not leave anyone indifferent

Ingredients

  • Champagne

    75 ml

  • Lemon juice

    60 ml

  • Sugar

    185 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Cream

    120 g

  • Gelatin

    3 piece

  • Raspberry

    300 g

First soak the gelatine

Mix champagne, lemon juice, egg yolks and 60 grams of sugar. While stirring bring to a boil.

Add the gelatine and pass all through a sieve, to avoid lumps.

Whisk whites with 25 g of sugar and gently combine all. Allow to cool a little.

Whisk the cream and add to egg mixture.

Sent 2 hours in the refrigerator

Wipe the raspberries with sugar

Ready to put "air" on the raspberry puree. Bon appetit!
