Cottage cheese casserole with banana and raisins
Simple cooking cheesecake with fruits.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    5 Tbsp

  • Semolina

    3 Tbsp

  • Butter

    25 g

  • Raisins

  • Banana

    1 piece

  • Salt

Raisins wash, pour hot water until they become soft. Separate the whites from the yolks, beat the yolks with the sugar until light foam.

Butter to melt. In a bowl mash the cheese, add melted butter, whipped with sugar yolks and semolina (or flour), knead thoroughly. With raisins to drain the water, mix it with a teaspoon of semolina and stir into the dough. Add sliced banana circles.

Beat the whites with a pinch of salt until cool foam, put in the dough and mix gently.

In form, greased and sprinkled with breadcrumbs or semolina, put cottage cheese dough. The top can be lubricated with 1 tablespoon of sour cream.

Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven (I baked 40 minutes). If necessary, the top can be covered with foil. This casserole I almost never settles.
