Pie-casserole with coconut
Pie or casserole... You can't define what it is... And actually, what difference how to name? Importantly it's very tasty, not less simply and quickly. A piece with a Cup of coffee in the morning and a charge of vivacity and good mood you provided! Or in the evening, after work, with some tea, watching series on TV-beauty is just. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Soda

    1 pinch

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Milk

    20 ml

  • Coconut shavings

    40 g

Everything is done very quickly, so it makes sense to immediately turn the oven temperature to 200*. Cold butter cut into cubes and grind with flour, salt and soda into crumbs with your hands.

In a blender mix cottage cheese and one egg.

Add to the curd, the sugar, the second egg, milk, and coconut flakes.

Half of the crumbs spread in a baking dish. The size of my mold 18*18 cm (to grease the form is not necessary).

Top gently put the cheese filling.

Sprinkle on top the remaining crumbs.

Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes (focus on your oven). Cool slightly, cut into pieces.
