Kulich Easter
Easter without cake is like a spring without birdsong. Cakes come in different custard etc and they are all very tasty. Try my cake. It always turns out delicious, tall and fragrant.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2 kg

  • Sugar

    1.5 cup

  • Milk

    0.5 ml

  • Chicken egg

    10 piece

  • Yeast

    100 g

  • Margarine

    250 g

  • Vodka

    1 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    4 pack

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Raisins

    250 g

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    100 g

Cooking

Put the yeast into a bowl, add 2 teaspoons of sugar and 50 ml warm milk. Grind, place in a warm place. Should rise cap.

Take five eggs, add sugar and beat with a mixer.

Melt margarine and warm, add in the beaten eggs. Here add the warm milk.

Risen yeast, mix with a mixture of eggs, milk, and margarine. Add 2 cups flour and mix well.

To put it all in a deep saucepan. Put in a warm place for 4 hours.

When all is good, add sour cream, 5 egg yolks, vegetable oil, salt, vodka, washed raisins. Add the flour. Knead the dough to keep it soft and put the dough again in a warm place to rise. Let 2 times is suitable. The risen dough down with your hand.

Board grease with vegetable oil, spread the risen dough. Well it knead without flour. The dough is ready for forming into molds. It should be soft, elastic, not stick to hands.

Molds grease, and to shape future cakes, let rise. That they have raised with me. In the oven they only raise the head.

Put in the oven, temperature 180 degrees for baking. Here cakes and ready. Do not write times for different molds, it will be different.
