Chocolate crepes in a delicate soufflé
A delicate and delicious souffle with chocolate crepes not only decorate the Pancake table, but will delight lovers of desserts any other day.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    400 ml

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Potato starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Soft cheese

    1 pack

  • Powdered sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Chocolate milk

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    800 g

  • Gelatin

    2.5 Tbsp

Cooking

Mix all dry ingredients, add the eggs and, gradually pouring milk, knead the dough. Last add the butter, let the dough "rest" for 20 minutes.

Warm a pan. Making chocolate chip pancakes.

Soak gelatine in a little cold water for 10 minutes. Chocolate to grate on a coarse grater and put into the refrigerator. Whip cream with sugar.

Philadelphia cheese mix with sugar powder (to taste).

Alternately, spread the pancakes with cheese mass and rolled into a tube.

Soaked gelatin to finish to boiling (do NOT BOIL!), cool slightly. Carefully pour gelatin into the cream, add the chocolate chips, mix well.

In prepared form pour a little of the souffle to cool in a cold place, then put on the frozen surface of the pancakes (be left between the pancakes free space). The number of pancakes can be any.

Pour all the remaining souffle. Put in a cool place for 4 hours or overnight.
