Chicken rolls with ginger stuffing
A great hot appetizer! Original spicy dish of chicken Breasts in the pieces of smoked brisket with onion-ginger filling and a light Apple sauce.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    2 piece

  • Brisket

    6 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Ginger

  • Butter

    5 g

  • Parsley

    1 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

Onion, greens, ginger root and finely chop.

Chicken Breasts cut lengthwise into 2-3 pieces (depending on thickness of Breasts).

In butter fry the onion with ginger,

salt, pepper, add spices and herbs stir and remove from heat.

Chicken breast spread on a bacon criss-cross on top of the stuffing; wrap the chicken rolls, then wrap the leaves of brisket...

..fasten with wooden skewers and put in a fireproof dish, greased with vegetable oil and sprinkled with pieces of Apple.

Bake in preheated to 200-220°C oven for 20-30 minutes. Sprinkle with pepper and served with Apple garnish.
