Fun and fancy rolls (or rolls) of spinach dough with. Very nice and tasty!!! The idea again from the "ancient" Lisa.

Cooking
Onion and garlic chopped and sauté in vegetable oil.
Add the beef and fry until cooked.
Add 100g (half!) sliced tomato, season it all with salt, pepper and oregano, boil down. I added dill.
Boil catriel, we make it epurescu, to taste add milk, butter, preservatives. For color, add turmeric. This bright mashed potatoes should be.
Knead the dough from flour, 1 tsp salt, chopped spinach (defrost it in the microwave and squeeze out excess liquid), eggs and 1 tbsp oil. Wrap and wrap and into the fridge for 1 hour. After an hour divide the dough into 2 parts, each roll out into a square or rectangle, but not very subtly!!!
On our square put mashed potatoes and even out.
On poresku put the stuffing.
And gently twist the roll. With the second piece of dough do the same.
Rolls cut into slices with a thickness of about 4 cm and Put them vertically in the form.
They already look very pretty))))
On rolls spread the remaining tomatoes.
Further - all lightly pour mayonnaise.
And sprinkle with grated cheese. You can pour all this beauty cream, mixed with cheese - as someone more like it)))
And send our rolls in the preheated oven (180 degrees) for 20-30 minutes.
