Cutlets
"Mom is great!"- This review is of my son. I think this kind of cutlets made of potatoes and minced meat will also have to taste.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    500 g

  • Minced meat

    300 g

  • Bread crumbs

    3 Tbsp

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Spices

In forcemeat add the egg, breadcrumbs, finely chopped herbs and spices to taste: salt, pepper. Rolled into a roll with a diameter of about 5-6 cm.

Boil the potatoes, drain the water completely, crushed. Add 5 tbsp flour, egg.

The resulting mass put on film. On the middle put the stuffing in the form of sausages.

Using film to connect the edges of the potato pulp around the stuffing. Tight squeeze. Put in refrigerator for 40 min. ( I got less, although not recommended)

To get the loaf out of the fridge, cut into pieces about 1-1,5 cm Pieces to give the correct shape.

Roll in flour and fry in butter on both sides.

Serve with sour cream.
