Sauce baked eggplant
Interesting sauce. Ideally suited to the mutton chops and rice. I think that's good for anything... if You love eggplant. Help yourself!!!


  • Eggplant

    2 piece

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

  • Basil

    1 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper


I baked the eggplant in the oven. They need to be cleaned. If You don't protegee when cooked, then drain the liquid formed inside. And folded into a convenient container.
Add spices, lemon juice and soy sauce. The immersion blender make our ingredients in the sauce.
Add the paprika for a beautiful red-brick color. Mix and refrigerate before serving.
Apply sauce to burgers or any meat dish and enjoy new notes in the taste!!! Bon appetit!!!
