  • Yogurt

    200 g

  • Milk

    120 ml

  • Yeast

    7 g

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    120 g

  • Cheese

    150 g

In warm milk dissolve sugar and yeast (dry do the same), cover and leave to rise.
