All thrill – welcome! Simple and quick to prepare Ossetian pie with a unique flavor. The spicy taste of the dish acquires due to the special seasoning.

Ingredients

  • Yeast dough

    200 g

  • Pork

    100 g

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 piece

  • Dill

Frozen meat slice with a sharp knife into thin slices with a thickness of 1-3 mm.

Tomatoes also sliced very thin.

And now the most important thing – seasoning! The whole secret of the exceptional taste it! Finely chop the garlic, dill and red pepper. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and pour the spicy mixture.

Pour the meat with seasoning. Leave for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, roll out the dough thinly (for one pie - about 100 gr test). Make a small bumpers. Lubricate the remains of condiments ("thick" part of it). Leave for 10 minutes.

Spread a layer of meat. Lightly sprinkle with salt.

Now layer the tomatoes – they should completely cover the meat. Sent in a preheated 180 C oven for 10 minutes.

Sprinkle the finished dish with finely chopped sweet peppers!
