Fried liver in Chinese
My family doesn't like liver, and eat it in this form. I offer you this recipe, hope I'll like it as much as my family

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    500 g

  • Vegetable oil

    125 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Corn starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    0.25 Tbsp

  • Water

    2 Tbsp

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Sesame

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Liver wash, clean the film and cut into small pieces

Soak in milk for 1-2 hours

Drain in a colander and pour over boiling water. After the water glass, dry on a paper towel. Fry the liver in vegetable oil until Golden brown, but not to overdo, otherwise it will become "oak". I went for 1-2 min.

While the liver is fried, make the sauce: water, diluted starch, soy sauce and garlic

In the fried liver, add the onions, red pepper, salt, sesame. Mix and pour our sauce. Fry 1-2 min.
