I adored the puff pastry and a light yoghurt and berries cream... tastes best to eat these cakes fresh, then the puff pastry is especially tender...

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry

    400 g

  • Berry

    400 g

  • Gelatin

    12 g

  • Yogurt

    250 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Lemon juice

    6 Tbsp

  • Cream

    300 g

  • Powdered sugar

    200 g

Puff pastry divide the dough into 2 portions, roll out and bake in the oven at 200 degrees until Golden brown about 20 minutes.

Soak gelatine in water. To make mashed berries. Mix the yogurt, sugar, lemon juice and berry puree.

To dissolve gelatin, and a thin stream pour in the cream, stirring constantly. Put the cream in the refrigerator.

When the cream begins to congeal, whip the cream and mix them to the berry cream.

To put around one of the plates of the test frame for baking or strips of foil, folded with a few times.

Cover plate of the test cream.

Cover cream the second plate of the dough and slightly press it. Cool the cake for 3 hours.

Sugar lemon juice mix the dressing. Cover the filled cake.

Remove frame for baking or foil, fill to put drops of berry yogurt or berry puree and a wooden stick to draw a marble pattern.

Cut the cake into pieces.
