Shortbread cookies with coconut
I offer delicious and easy to prepare shortbread. Delicate and crumbly, but has one drawback - it ends quickly.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Powdered sugar

    100 g

  • Coconut shavings

    40 g

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

  • Almonds

    40 g

Cooking

Softened butter rubbed with flour, icing sugar and coconut.

Add the egg yolks

and knead the dough.

Put it on an hour in the fridge or for 20 minutes in the freezer. Chilled dough to take parts out of the fridge and roll out to a thickness of 4-5 mm.

Cut the mold of cookies. As desired in the center of the cookie put the almonds and slightly press down.

Bake at 175 gr. 15 minutes until light Browning. The finished cookies sprinkled with powdered sugar.
