Cooking
Absolutely fell in love with red KIDNEY beans from the company "Mistral": it absorbs the aroma of the preparing together with her products. What do I need in this dish.
Soak the beans overnight in approximately 600 ml of cold water. Cover the pan with a lid and cook on low heat for 1 hour. Then drain the boiled beans with the remaining water.
We scald with boiling water tomatoes, remove the skins and cut into circles. Onions purify and cut into thin rings. Finely chop garlic and hot pepper (you can half). Bulgarian pepper cut into thin strips.
Next, put the prepared vegetables into the pan for baking (with a lid) in which we will bring to the table. It could be a ramekin, and iron pots, and gusyatnitsy, and pans heat-resistant glass. On the bottom of the pan put half of the tomatoes. Sprinkle with half of the onions.
Onion - half of pepper. Sprinkle with hot pepper, garlic and 1 tsp paprika.
Put all the beans (without the liquid). Next, in reverse order: paprika, garlic, pepper, onion...
... finish mugs of tomatoes.
Cover the pot with a lid and put it in heated up to 170-180 degree oven for half an hour. Before serving, mix well.
Served as a separate dish with a side dish of brown rice as a side dish, hot or cold, as an appetizer - range feeding dishes large. Dish absolutely requires salt, but if you want - add. It is very tasty!
