Description
Soft, tender, with a delicious chocolate pudding and raisins, covered with apricot jam. Very easy to prepare, does not require a lot of effort and financial investment.

Cooking
Yeast grind with sugar (1 tbsp), add the warm milk, allow to separate, add sugar, eggs, salt, flour, butter and knead well. Put in a warm place for 30-40 minutes
Cook pudding as directed on package, just add 100 ml less milk. I used chocolate "Dr.Oetker" (50 g).
The to press down dough, divide into pieces, roll into circles on the pan on the middle put the raisins and a tablespoon of pudding, tightly bring the edges together.
Rolls put in a greased pan seam side down. I used regular metal muffin tin. Cover the ramekins and put in a warm place to raise for 30-40 minutes.
Bake for 15-20 minutes at 190*C until Golden brown. Warm buns to smear apricot jam
