Buns with chocolate pudding
Soft, tender, with a delicious chocolate pudding and raisins, covered with apricot jam. Very easy to prepare, does not require a lot of effort and financial investment.

Ingredients

  • Pudding

    50 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Milk

    125 ml

  • Salt

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Yeast

    11 g

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Raisins

  • Jam apricot

Yeast grind with sugar (1 tbsp), add the warm milk, allow to separate, add sugar, eggs, salt, flour, butter and knead well. Put in a warm place for 30-40 minutes

Cook pudding as directed on package, just add 100 ml less milk. I used chocolate "Dr.Oetker" (50 g).
