Tortilla with "Adygei" cheese

Ingredients

  • Yeast dough

    500 g

  • Greens

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Adyghe cheese

Grate the cheese, chop the greens

Add the egg, spices, stir the filling and place in refrigerator for 10-15 minutes

Roll the dough out into a pancake of the desired diameter, the edges of the cakes must be thinner than the middle. Place it in the middle stuffing

Slightly flatten with your fingers and flip the ruffles down the cake, gently roll out with a rolling pin (for even air distribution inside). PS roll to be very careful, I have inexperience in some places, the dough ripped and stuffing came out:(

On strongly heated pan put the tortilla and fry on medium heat for 5-6 minutes on each side. Ready Khachapuri grease with butter. Bon appetit!
