Dessert
A wonderful dessert with an unexpected set of products, but it is very tasty, healthy and simple. This recipe brought my mother from France in the 80-ies, it quickly caught on in our family. I think for kids who don't like yogurt, this dessert will be an incredible and useful discovery!

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    600 g

  • Gelatin

    20 g

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Water

    200 g

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Mint

    3 l

Cooking

Soak gelatin in water for 40-60 minutes.

Squeezing the juice of half a lemon, there on a fine grater grate the zest.

10 minutes to swell the gelatin, mix the yogurt, sugar, lemon juice and zest.

Put on the heat, stirring occasionally enter gelatin and heat, BUT do NOT BOIL!

Pour our future jelly in moulds and in the fridge!!! Curing time depends on the quality of gelatin. Get decorate and... let's eat!!!
