Chinese glass noodles with teriyaki sauce
Love this sauce for its spicy taste with aromatic notes of the East and, although designed for the seafood, I make meat and chicken - it's delicious!

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

  • Pasta

  • Sauce

    1 pack

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Salt

  • Curry

  • Black pepper

  • Olive oil

Cooking

Chicken fillet marinated for 2 hours in a mixture of pepper and curry, do not add salt! Then a little salt, fry for 2-3 mins on each side, to be postponed.

Then on this same pan fry the onion cut into feathers.

Meanwhile start the water for noodles.

Ready noodles to rinse.

Fry the carrots cut in cubes, in olive oil until soft, move to the edge of the pan, add the zucchini. All the vegetables should be slightly crunchy.

Meat mix with vegetables and season with salt. Add the garlic, best Chinese.

Pour this packet of sauce "teriyaki"

Stir and leave on heat for another 3 min.

Add the noodles, heat for another 2-3 minutes and immediately throw. Bon appetit!!!
