Coconut biscuits
Soon my husband's birthday... in search of interesting biscuits decided to start experimenting... that's the first result... soft, light, porous, flavorful biscuits... can become a good cake... and most importantly, my husband liked it... even so simple - without the cream... but we still ate them with condensed milk... BLISS!!!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Margarine

    150 g

  • Yogurt

    200 g

  • Coconut shavings

    100 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Vanilla

  • Condensed milk

Cooking

Beat the egg with sugar and vanillin.

Add the melted margarine.

Add the yogurt,

Coconut,

Baking powder, flour

Pour batter into molds and bake until "dry sticks". by the way... from this quantity to get 1 decent cake for cake... so, double standards will get a SOLID CAKE.

Let cool on wire rack covered with a clean towel.

And we eat... but as they've been dry, we watered condensed milk... but it's an experiment for the CAKE!!!
