Description
In these unusual oladushki all the dough and filling is hidden inside! Small, neat, lush, very fragrant pancakes! I have a meat filling for my meat eaters, but you can make a totally different filling - from sweet jam, vegetables, mushrooms, sausages etc! There are all sorts of favorite fillings - will invariably be very tasty and satisfying!

Cooking
Buckwheat smash into the flour, getting 150 grams, sift into a container. Add the sifted flour.
Milk heat until warm, pour the flour. Add the melted butter and yeast.
Don't knead the batter, as for pancakes. Allow to stand warm for about 15 minutes.
While the dough is in the minced meat add chopped onion, salt and pepper. Stir.
I don't have a small frying pan, so I use cookie cutters for pancakes (but you can cook in a small frying pan on the same principle). Preheat a frying pan to grease with oil, put the molds (I have a diameter of 8 cm).
Pour into the mold a little test. Spread the dough with a fork a little of the filling in a thin layer.
Pour the filling even a small amount of dough, flatten. Close the lid and cook on a slow fire, until the tip almost to set.
Remove the molds and flip the pancakes to the other party. Cover and dozharit until tender. Similarly fry all the pancakes.
Serve hot or cold with greens, sour cream, vegetables! Bon appetit!
