0.5 cup

Cooking
Tomatoes cut in half, remove the pulp. Ready baskets to sprinkle, a little olive oil, salt and pepper.
In a mixer, beat the egg, onion, garlic and the pulp of three tomatoes.
Add the resulting sauce to the meat.
Zucchini grate on a coarse grater.
Add to the mince, season with salt and pepper, mix well.
To form balls and roll them in the breadcrumbs.
To put the ball into the tomatoes.
A baking tray drizzle with oil, pour in the wine, put tomato baskets. On each ball is to put a thin plate of cheese. Send in a preheated oven (200 gr.) for 30 minutes.
