Chicken fillet in Italian
Very tasty and easy to execution of the dish.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    1 kg

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Bread crumbs

    1 cup

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Spices

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.125 tsp

Cooking

Chicken fillet cut into pieces approximately 5 by 5 cm

Fold in separate bowl.

Melt the butter in a separate container, cool slightly and squeeze in the garlic, mix well.

Finely chop the parsley.

In a separate bowl pour breadcrumbs.

Add to them the parsley, grate cheese, pour the salt, spices, black pepper.

Mix well.

Now every piece of fillet dip first into the butter mixture with garlic.

Then mixed with breadcrumbs.

Baking tray lay with foil and lay out all pieces, leaving a bit of space, sprinkle the top with remaining butter with garlic and put bake in a preheated oven (200*) for 15-20 minutes.

Please note that the fillets will brown more on the bottom part.
