A delicious potato-mushroom casserole. Quickly prepared and beautiful looks.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    5 piece

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Bread crumbs

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Parsley

Fireproof dish to grease squeezed garlic and pour a little oil. Spread on the bottom of the thin sliced potatoes.

Mushrooms wash and cut into slices. Potatoes place a layer of mushrooms, add salt and pour vegetable oil.

Then put another bowl of potatoes to the butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Bake for 40-50 minutes at 180 degrees, until Golden brown.
