Fish cakes, baked in a delicate sauce
With one hand turn plain chops into a festive dish.

Ingredients

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Wasabi

    0.5 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    0.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Fish

    0.5 kg

  • Vegetable oil

  • Butter

  • Bread crumbs

Cooking

Simmer carrots and onions in a mixture of oil and butter. Grind the fish (I have cod, but can be any other good perch) fried with vegetables in a meat grinder or, as I have, in the processor. Add the egg, salt, spices.

Form patties, coat in breadcrumbs and lay in a greased form. Put in preheated oven.

Meanwhile, make the sauce: sour cream, mayonnaise, soy sauce, horseradish "Wasabi", a bit of salt. 20 minutes to get our cakes from the oven, cover them with sauce and back to oven for 10 minutes so that the sauce is warmed.
