I'm a big fan of cooking in the oven... Very saves-time, power plus very tasty. This dish is perfect for a family lunch, dinner, anyway, in my family it is very stuck. It's very simple!

Cooking
Meat cut into pieces.
Cook in Dutch oven until soft.
The vegetables that we need. Carrots, finely cut or rubs on a grater and together with the roughly chopped onion fried in vegetable oil.
To the carrots and onions shinkovannuyu add the cabbage and simmer for 7 minutes. At the same time, rice wash, fill with water and cook until soft.
Everything is placed in a roasting pan in the following order: meat, rice(washed in cold water), roasting(carrots, onions, cabbage).
Salt, make small holes, pour the remaining oil and 150 g of water. Spices, fresh and dried herbs don't add, otherwise you'll ruin the taste.
Simmer in oven until cooked (30-40 minutes). After full preparation in the dish add the spices, herbs and optional red or black pepper.
The dish can be eaten both hot and cold.
