Fish cakes
Cutlets of pike, but not simple... My experiment:))) my Husband brought home from fishing are two huge pike, and they with caviar... Lovely! I wanted her to put on the pancakes, and my husband asked for burgers that turned out such an unusual cakes.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    700 g

  • Caviar

    350 g

  • Fat

    150 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Bread

    200 g

  • Milk

    100 g

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Fish fillet cut into pieces

Eggs rinse well.

Onion peel and chop.

Miss pike fillets through a meat grinder with small bars mixed with bacon, onions and eggs. Add here, pre-soaked in milk loaf.

In the resulting mince add eggs, flour, salt, pepper and mix well until smooth.

Formed meatballs (you can put a spoon) and fry until done.
