Cake Natasha
This cake from my childhood. It before my mom used to make for all holidays. And so I finally decided to beg her recipe for the cake, her name, and remember the taste of childhood.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    0.5 cup

  • Sour cream

    0.5 cup

  • Sugar

    0.17 cup

  • Soda slaked vinegar

  • Nuts

  • Raisins

  • Cocoa powder

    5 tsp

  • Mac

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Milk

    3 Tbsp

For the dough (for 1 crust) beat egg with sugar, add sour cream, flour, slaked soda.

We have 4 Korzh. For the first layer you add to the dough nuts, the raisins, for the third – cocoa, for the fourth Mac (I had candied fruit), all depends on your imagination.

Bake each cake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.

For the cream beat sour cream with sugar. First Korzh grease cream, put the second, etc. Collect our cake.

For frosting: melt butter, sugar, milk and cocoa. Upper Korzh cover with hot icing.
