The Cookie
Charming idea of molding the cookies I saw in a cooking blog Cahide Sultan and could not resist not to play this beauty! The dough can use your favorite shortbread, the main thing is that it is plastic and easy to work!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Sugar

    250 g

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Milk

    6 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt.

In another bowl, combine the butter, yolks, sugar and milk.

Gradually powdering flour mixture, knead the dough, collecting it into a ball.

Divide the dough into 2 parts, one part with just a little bit more.

For the most part of the dough add cocoa, stir it into the dough.

Wrap both pieces of dough in plastic wrap and put into the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.

Roll the dough into a thin layer (approximately 3-4 mm), cut out circles (diameter of my 5 cm).

Cut each slice in half. Now fold the halves, stacking chocolate on a light.

Connect the edges of the workpieces. Also formed the rest of the "petals". Spread the "petals" forming a flower of 5 petals, joining them in the center. From a small piece of chocolate dough form a ball and place it in the center of the flower, covering the join of the petals. I got a bouquet of 18 flowers)))

Ready flowers carefully transfer to a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake cookies in a preheated 160 degree oven for 15-20, focusing on the rosy edge of the cookie, so as not to overdry it. Ready cookies take out of the oven, allow it to cool.
