To prepare the filling, peel and cut cubes apples, sprinkle with lemon juice and add cinnamon.

In a bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon for tacos.
From tortillas cut out mugs in diameter about 8.5 cm. - you get 5 pieces.
Fry each slice separately in a hot pan in a sufficient amount of vegetable oil first on one side until crisp...
Then turn, fold in half, pressing down gently, and fry both sides of the "shells." It is very convenient to do forceps. Or chopsticks)
