Once again I wanted to experiment with some bread. The aroma in the kitchen, the girls stood indescribable. Even me neighbor came running to ask what it is I'm baking. The bread turned out Sooooo tasty, fragrant, unusual. Judge for yourself...

Cooking
Knead the dough according to the instructions for Your bread maker. If not, then to prepare by hand: warm the juice, add sugar, yeast, stir and put in a warm place until frothy. Sift the flour, mix it with salt, parsley and dill. Make a hole and pour tomato mixture prepared above, add the vegetable oil. Knead well. On the table to pour the flour, put the dough and knead well. Remove into a greased Cup and put it in the proofing.
In the bread maker, select the program "the dough", I have this 2H.20min.
While preparing the dough, make filling. Grate cheese on a fine grater, add pressed garlic, dried green onions, freshly ground pepper. Mix well.
After 2H 20 min., spread the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a package and top with a towel. Remove in a warm place for proofing for 30 minutes.
Mix well the dough. Divide it into 4 parts.
Roll out each bun to a thickness of 5-7 mm. And sprinkle our toppings.
Collapsible rolls. Here it is:
Roll each "loop" preferably stronger.
In pairs between a loop rolls and put them into a form lined with baking paper. Remove in a warm place for 30-35 min.
Lubricated our bread with the beaten egg and sprinkle with (optional) flax seed.
Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 30 min.
