Summer is a wonderful time of year for amazing desserts, including chocolate! Today, I offer you a delicious chocolate dessert from the book Kerstina of Wachtmeister "a Million quick and light menus" Easily, quickly, and most importantly delicious! Recipe dedicated to Yuri (xmxm) and for all chocolate lovers!

Cooking
Chocolate to break into pieces, melt in a water bath
Coffee dissolve in hot water. Mix a solution of coffee with chocolate, stirring vigorously. Leave to cool slightly.
Beat the egg whites with the salt until a stable foam. Add the powdered sugar and continue to beat until mixture becomes thick and shiny.
Add 1/3 of the protein mixture into chocolate and mix well
Then gently mix in the remainder of the protein.
Put the mixture into molds ( bowls) and refrigerate at least 2 hours, preferably until the next day. Chocolate mousse can be frozen. A few hours before serving, remove the mousse from the cooling chamber and allow to thaw at room temperature. Before serving, sprinkle cocoa powder through a strainer. Decorate with berries, fruits or nuts.
