I love granola for Breakfast, because it is satisfying, useful and tasty. And of course, homemade granola to any comparison does not go with the purchase. One problem, to ignite the oven, especially in summer, for this snack does not want. I found a solution: a total of 5 minutes, without much fuss and extra dishes we can prepare the granola in the microwave! It is the same as crisp as in the oven. And the nuts and coconut enrich its taste. You can eat with milk, yogurt, yogurt or soft cheese...

Cooking
In a mug or ramekin mix the honey, water, vegetable oil and salt.
Add coconut, oatmeal and nuts (I love it when come across large pieces of nuts). Mix thoroughly.
Put in the microwave at a power of 1000 W for 1.5 minutes. Mix well.
Put in micro again for 1 minute or until cereal is Golden brown in color. Suggest often look in the microwave. My first batch went in the trash, because burned to black. Total cooking time depends on microwave and size of the cookware.
Allow to cool for 3-5 minutes. I served with soft cheese and blueberries. Well, very tasty!
